Here you will find a complete listing of event services that we offer. The short version reads: event consultations, multimedia equipment set-up, video and/or audio recording, event webcast, etc. If you find that you need help doing something not listed, please email us and ask, we probably do it! (or we know someone who does . . .)
Here we list the venues on campus where we have helped to install permanent, event focused multimedia. We list the rooms and the equipment readily available. Any of these rooms could have more equipment added if needed. If you are using a room not listed here, don't worry, we'll work to bring in portable technology to suit your needs.
Look here to find the advertised list of the fees we charge. We hope you'll find them very reasonable. We can bill directly to Rice account numbers, accept a check for payment, or work with your Purchase Order number.
